Thank you for your kind support on SkinGO! products. Register your product warranty within 7 days from the date of purchase to enjoy comprehensive warranty coverage and after-sales experience.

Warranty registration is available for SkinGO! products purchased from SkinGO! physical stores, website or its authorised dealers only.

​All of our products are certified for quality assurance. SkinGO! thoroughly inspects every product to ensure they are of premium quality, safe to use and effective.

All the product comes with a three (3) months warranty against manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accident abuse, neglect or other external causes.

To apply for warranty, you must provide proof of purchase. Please provide your order number, name and address with the form above. If you do not have some of this information, contact our customer service team at marketing@skingo.sg and we may be able to help verify your claim.
